We've all been there at one point or another. Stressed out about limited income and too many too many bills. It always seems like when you are just about caught up something else that you are not prepared for happens. Your car breaks down, your suddenly sick, or you get sued over a car that was repossessed six years ago. You always think you are coming to the end of the cycle when something else hits you. Most of us have thought at one time or another that we have just about hit our breaking point. I think that on a weekly basis.
Even with all this weighing so heavy on our shoulders we still manage to have time to take comfort in the things we love. Whether it be sitting down to read a good book, chatting it up on Face Book with friends, playing World of War-craft, or some other game online, in your undies, come on now. you know you've done that.
The point is, we all have the ability to put those stressful things aside if only for a few minutes to have a breath. otherwise we would all lose our sanity. Tomorrow you should make it a point to get outside. Breathe in some fresh air and remember we are humans. Not machines. We can not run on autopilot all the time. If we could we probably wouldn't be so stressed, right.
